Tangible progress must measure against success in key requirement areas of service deliverables. Therefore, the key requirement areas are identified in the early phases and timeframes are laid down to achieve desired results.   • Periodic liaison meetings with the clients.
  • On-the-job-training & refresher capsules
  • Higher level client meets.

Induction will include selection of personnel from existing guards and new recruitment followed by site-related training to include orientation and familiarization with new posts and specific client needs, Under normal circumstances, this procedure takes about two weeks and accordingly, a lead period of that many days is solicited to facilitate a smooth and trouble free take-over.
